Refund Policy

EmsLuv will fully refund within 30 days all products purchased by the customer when provided with a valid reason for the refund. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances after 30 days post purchase. EmsLuv may require the product purchased to be returned, or photo proof of any damages/flaws with the product for a refund to be issued.
